Uncle Stu.

Im going to be that uncle that buys all of the really annoying toys. Believe me I have already started collecting whistles. My younger brother and his wife had a baby this afternoon. Quinn Martin 8lbs-80zs 20" with a bit of hair! Everyone is saying that it looks just like Tiffany, but it pretty much looks like all other babies. I think Quinn might have already been in a bar brawl, because it looked like she had a black eye. Im pretty excited for my bro and sister, They looked pretty out of it. I guess not sleeping for a long time will do that. Here is 68 photos of the grandparents and what not. They were like baby stalkers!

Ridiculous Packaging Promo!

I love smoking, but for some reason I quit last October. When I was smoking I was at bar one night and the Camel Street Team was there offering up coupons for buy 1 get 1 free cigarettes if you had a valid ID. So of course I signed up and had all of my friends, even the ones who didn't sign up. I later found out that you could use the coupons for buy 1 carton get 1 carton for free! So I would have like 20 packs of cigarettes hanging out all the time. Smoking is awesome. So anyway once you get on this Camel list you get stuff ALL THE TIME from them! Usually its something I would just throw away, but I opened this one and it was the most ridiculous use of packaging promo ever. It was like a russian tea doll of paper....worst part is that you go through all of this packing and all you get is a fucking coupon! I mean if you going to make this ridiculous package it better actually pay off with a pack of cigarettes!

Posters. People. Beers!

Last week was a bit of blur! The Space Craft poster show was a good time. I want to thank the great bartender who traded me some comp tickets to U23d for free drinks all night! I also want to thank Stefan, Sara, Ryan and the rest of SpaceCraft crew for putting on a good show! Im pretty sure they made bank, because the line to buy posters and prints was long all evening!Space art!
Check out more photos here.

David from ADA came up to talk about some music, we had some food and then headed over to HazelWood, which is a super small bar in Ballard. Took me 45 minutes to get a cab home from here. Im so confused on why, another reason Ballard sucks!
Hand on a boob!

Red Beer! Red Beer!

I was picking up some beer and wine from the local 7-11 last night and came across this gem. Reminded me of Shawn Bishop yelling RED BEER, RED BEER, and then proceeding to drink pitcher after pitcher of Pabst, mixed with tomato juice. I was a bit skeptical of the Budweiser version, considering 1) You can purchase it at 7-11 and 2)that it contained "tomato flavor and certified color". After taking a couple swigs, it was confirmed, the Budweiser version is FUCKING nasty. What does "certified color" mean!

Space Craft Poster Show --- Go to this!

The last time I left this party, my friends car turned into sticker sheet! Good Times, tell all of your Furry Friends!

Holy Oly! - - - Go to this!

The Summit at Snoqualmie, Lib Technologies and Snowboy Productions are quite pleased to once again bring you what Snowboarder Magazine’s Pat “the eYe” Bridges called “the epitome of what snowboarding events should be”…The Holy Oly Revival on February 23 at Summit East.

Beneath the shadow of a 40’ beer can that started it all resides all the fixings…one giant hand-shaped quarterpipe next to a sweet jib line that’s next to a Cobra Dog stand that’s next to a crowd of snowboarding pros, groms, legends, up-and-comers, creepy lurkers, skunkape riders and the occasional skier. Powder lines will be ripped, Thin Lizzy and Dio will be blasted to the heavens, Red Bulls will be gulped and the judging will remain suspect as always at this fine anti-contest that is, and always will be, simply “a celebration of NW snowboard pride.”

Cold Oly’s being saved for all who make it possible: Lib Technologies, Cobra Dogs, Red Bull, Snowboy Productions, Peter Line, Joey McGuire, Jamie Lynn, Jesse Burtner and Shanna Duncan’s amazing artwork.

Grab the Sharpie marker and write it on your arm…Holy Oly Revival…Feb 23…Summit at Snoqualmie…word.

Vegas is full of shows!

The Show must go on. Jamie and Karyn try out for the Knife Throwing part of O!
Vegas was good! Still have my liver. Day 1 we went to check out the Pussy Cat Dolls (thanks to Rodney and Pete from Vans), It was a pretty cool show, but its in some club where you have to wear a button up and fancy shoes, neither which are comfortable, so we cruised over to O'Shea's and gambled for a few hours, during those hours I received 12 blackjacks! Sweet! Day 2 of Vegas, Saw O, I mean people flying around and swimming was pretty cool, but the production of the show was MIND BLOWING. I plan on checking out other of these circus's in the future. We also had dinner with some new friends and a Million Dollar idea was hatched, inspired by the RIDICULIOUSNESS of snow product 2008! Day 3 of Vegas, we were hanging out at the Hard Rock after the TWSnow Riders poll (which was awesome). The last thing I remember from the night was that I had a huge stack of chips and that I was having a hard time stacking them. Woke up the next morning and found out that I was up 350! Went downstairs to check out and Karyn told me she had a gift for me. The gift was her taking 500 bucks in chips off me. So I was actually up 850! I had finally left Vegas up. Believe me Vegas is still in the lead....Im there to lose! Here are a few more photos from the parties and the show!
